Happy Friday everyone. I had a laser treatment at Dr. Rieder’s sublime office yesterday (I’ll tell you more about my wedding treatments and skincare adventures in a later letter if you want), so I’ll be enjoying the sun from inside of my apartment today.
I’m listening to Jason Isbell’s new album (his girlfriend Anna Weyant painted the hauntingly beautiful cover art), and going upstate with friends tonight.
Today’s letter includes: an opportunity to ask Emily Oberg anything about her new business, Erewhon in Paris, crystal healing in the Hamptons, a trigger warning, a good deal for anyone who has SXSW screeners, and an exit for a very preppy founder.
Guest Lecture: Emily Oberg
For our next Guest Lecture, we’ll be interviewing
, the founder of Sporty and Rich and as of yesterday, sexual wellness brand Sensual Sport. Oberg first gained prominence while working at Complex (as an on-air personality covering sneaker culture and streetwear trends) and later KITH as the women’s creative lead.Feed Me has covered Sporty and Rich extensively over the last few years, and I’ve been patiently waiting for the launch of Sensual Sport – the brand is using Only Fans as a marketing channel, has a Sex Ed blog (Emily, move this to Substack) and the product line includes a pineapple-flavored wet mouth spray and pH-balanced pleasure gel. (In an interview with WSJ that ran yesterday, Oberg said, “I wanted to create something that was fun and still felt luxury—something that a girl who shops at The Row would want to buy.”)
Today, paid readers can ask Emily Oberg anything about the gaps she saw in the sexual wellness industry, the process of building a CPG brand creatively from the ground-up, and life as a serial entrepreneur.

Jack Carlson is leaving his preppy streetwear brand Rowing Blazers to go write a book about rugby shirts. For those who are new to Rowing Blazers, imagine a gaudier version of NOAH with an overt usage of crests. When most people say they want to dress preppy, they actually mean ivy – Rowing Blazers took the 2008, Vampire Weekend hot pink polo literal approach to prep. Credit where credit is due: the watch collabs they did were sick, and that Burch Creative Capital acquisition in February 2024 was impressive. I’m looking forward to doing a book club for his book.
Sam Bankman-Fried told Tucker Carlson that he has been hanging out with Diddy in jail. Not the interview I expected to be watching before going out last night.
