A man describing himself as an audiophile is just as scary as waking up to spicy rigatoni tbh.

Point of clarification: that is not a speaker. It’s a DAC/streamer that needs to be connected to external speakers to work. And it’s a great gift idea! (Source: I have one)

Nobody wants to hear this, but I married my office crush, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me at any office job before or since. Shrug emoji.

So yes this is inspiring and the prospect of a work crush bringing some joy to the daily grind is very enticing - but it’s unfortunately not a possibility in every industry :( in fashion/beauty the only men are usually gay…except maybe some older men in the finance/tech teams who are almost always married. so if you’re a straight woman working in an industry like this, you get no crush benefits from going in office. there are potential friend/networking benefits but that’s not as exciting if you’re already confident in those aspects of your life. Some work eye candy can be enticing even if you’re married. Hence - why I sometimes wish I worked from home. Not 100% but I’d prefer 3 days a week at home.

‘I can’t believe anything Caroline Calloway says but I also think if anybody would fuck this guy it would be her… or the first 100 Feed Me subscribers.’

How Long Gone found out about the group chat. And I agree about notes in the front of books as presents. It’s always nice when you’re packing or reorganizing and you come across a book and forget where it came from and get a walk down memory lane.

one time at a holiday party I had the barber that was hired to be there (tech company) shave my name into my coworker's head. I wouldn't suggest it but can't say I didn't live

Can we get the anonymous transit experts opinion on how a ‘texas wall street’ will transport all of its interns to and from their offices without the subway?

Frankly, I am having office holiday party FOMO. Not for the office crush, but for just feeling like I'm part of something more than just joining Google Meet from my silly little desk in my apartment! I haven't worked in an office or worked for a company of more than 4 employees people since pre-pandemic. All my friends are stressing over what to wear to either their holiday parties or their significant other's holiday parties, meanwhile I have so many holiday outfits I wanna buy but have no where to wear them so why bother spending the money?

We all want what we can't have...

I already knew this was about Dr. Neinstein as soon as I saw the subject haha. As someone who's done a couple surgeries, I crave pizza immediate upon waking from anesthesia so this is appealing to me 🤣🤣🤣

Julia collier looks mega talented. the difference w/celebs though is that skims can trade because it's a powerhouse PLATFORM whereas j crew is most certainly not, so they'd have to open their checkbook (wide) to get talent. We'll see if her talent can transcend....
